For a long time, I knew what it felt like to move through life feeling disconnected from my body, my needs, and myself. Like many women, I spent years giving deeply to others while slowly losing connection with my own rhythm, wellbeing, and sense of groundedness.
The practices I now share became part of my own return -supporting me to reconnect with my body, regulate my nervous system, soften, slow down, and begin living in a more embodied and sustainable way.
Through yoga, somatic movement, restorative practices, women’s wellbeing work, and nervous system-informed bodywork, I discovered the profound impact that rest, embodiment, community, and reconnection can have on how we move through life.
I am a 500-hour trained yoga teacher and certified Womb Hara Massage practitioner, with ongoing studies in feminine wellbeing, embodiment, and cyclical living through the Nine Moons apprenticeship.
Today, Womb & Wild exists as a grounded space for movement, restoration, reconnection, and community -supporting others to come home to themselves in ways that feel nourishing, sustainable, and deeply human.
